In practice, working together looks like this. You talk to the owners, not a salesperson, from the first call. You get a written, itemized quote that names products and quantities so it can be compared honestly. You get a schedule and a budget settled before work starts, in the pre-construction phase, and the same people managing the job through construction and standing next to you at the final walkthrough. The office is in Indian Trail and the phone is answered by a person there, in English or Spanish.

The Company
Up To Date Construction Group LLC was established in 2021 and is based in Indian Trail, North Carolina, on the Union County side of the Charlotte metro. The company grew out of residential renovation and general contracting and now covers custom homes, roofing and siding, renovations and additions, and commercial and industrial work, including one of the more visible projects in the area: the conversion of a 1950s brick house on Matthews-Mint Hill Road into Panzú Brewery. We work with a network of architects, designers and experienced subcontractors rather than pretending one crew can do everything, and we hold that network to our schedule and our standard.
We are Latino-owned and work comfortably in English and Spanish. We take on projects across the Charlotte area and in both Carolinas.
