Up To Date Construction Group is a licensed design-build general contractor based in Indian Trail, working on roofing, siding, renovations, custom homes and commercial buildings across Charlotte, Union County and the surrounding area. We are a small, owner-run company, which means the people you work with are the people who make the decisions, and good work gets noticed.
We are always interested in hearing from people in these areas:
- Project management: running residential and commercial jobs from pre-construction through close-out, coordinating subcontractors, inspections and clients.
- Construction: carpenters, framers, roofers, siding installers and general construction workers with a record of clean, safe work.
- Office: estimating, scheduling, permitting and customer communication, in English and Spanish.
- Other: if you are a subcontractor or supplier who wants to work with a general contractor that pays on time and plans ahead, we want to hear from you too.
