What Happens After You Get in Touch

A member of the team reads your message, calls or emails you to ask a few questions about the project, and sets up a time to look at the property. On a roof or siding job that visit is usually short: we measure, photograph anything of note, and check the attic or the sheathing where we can. On a renovation, an addition or a new build it is a longer conversation about what you want the space to do, what the structure will allow, and the budget range you are working with.

After the visit you get a written, itemized quote. It names the products, states the quantities, and prices any likely hidden work, such as decking or sheathing replacement, before we start. There is nothing to sign on the day and no pressure to decide on the spot. If you take the quote to another contractor to compare, they should be able to price the same scope line for line.

We work across Union County (Indian Trail, Stallings, Weddington, Waxhaw, Monroe), Mecklenburg County (Charlotte, Mint Hill, Matthews) and Cabarrus County (Harrisburg, Concord), and we have built in South Carolina.
