Panzú Brewery

First things first, the location could not have been better. At 7251 Matthews-Mint Hill Road sat a charming brick home on a 0.41-acre lot. With a vision in mind and a construction company behind it, things started to come together. The first priority was a full restoration of the existing framing and support beams. This strengthened the existing structure and allowed the flexibility of new rooms and an improved layout to build from. Next came the clearing of the backyard and the pouring of the foundation for the addition and the brewhouse, then the deck, the pergola and the patio that the taproom opens onto today.

Panzú Brewery opened in 2023 as Mint Hill's own brewery. The building kept the brick and the small-house charm the town knew, and gained a brewhouse, a taproom and an outdoor space that fills up on weekends.
