We are a design-build general contractor based in Indian Trail, NC. For homeowners that means roof replacement, siding, renovations, additions and custom homes. For businesses it means commercial and light-industrial construction, including repurposing existing buildings. One team manages design, permitting and construction under a single contract.
Which areas do you serve?
Indian Trail, Stallings, Weddington, Waxhaw and Monroe in Union County; Charlotte, Mint Hill and Matthews in Mecklenburg County; Harrisburg and Concord in Cabarrus County. We have also built in South Carolina. If you are near the Charlotte metro and not on that list, call and ask.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We look at the roof, the siding or the renovation, ask what you want out of it, and send a written, itemized quote. There is no charge for that and nothing to sign on the day.
