Pre-construction
This critical phase involves continuous monitoring and close interaction. We work in collaboration with the design team to bring your vision to life on paper, and to make sure the design can be built for the budget you have. Our team keeps a close eye on costs to find the most cost-effective solutions, and on the schedule to make sure the project is delivered on time. Decisions made here, about structure, materials, systems and finishes, cost almost nothing to change. The same decisions cost a great deal to change once framing is up. Pre-construction is where a project is won or lost, which is why we spend real time on it.
Construction
Focused on the design-build model, we understand the importance of keeping our subcontractors accountable. Throughout the entire build we stay focused on the goal: sequencing the trades so nobody waits on anybody, checking production against the schedule, and controlling quality at each stage rather than at the end. Post-construction
We start with a thorough site cleanup, removing debris and making sure the area is clean, tidy and, most importantly, safe. Next comes a systems training program: we make sure you and your team are comfortable with everything that was installed, from mechanical systems to finishes, so you can hit the ground running as soon as the project is finished and there are no surprises down the line. Then we coordinate the move-in so it is seamless. After completion we always conduct a final walkthrough to make sure you are completely satisfied with the finished product.
